We endeavour to make your shopping experience most comfortable and happiest. We follow a transparent shipping policy here, from picking products to packing and shipping. We promise the best packaging and take utmost care of the products.
Returns Policy
The 7-day return policy of LaOrra gives the customer an option to return products purchased on LaOrra website for any reason within 7 days of receipt. However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 1 day of delivery through the contact us page on the website.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment.
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of a coupon code provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. The customer should share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.
Refund:
After we receive the returned product, we will do a quality check and once product passes the quality check, we will credit the amount in your desired mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
